VES-Artex welcomes Jeff Blesy as Territory Sales Manager.

VES-Artex is pleased to welcome Jeff Blesy as our newest Territory Sales Manager, serving dairy producers and dealer partners throughout California and the western United States.

Jeff joins the VES-Artex team with a lifetime of dairy experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today's dairy producers. From growing up on a family dairy farm to serving dairies, dealers, and agricultural businesses throughout his career, Jeff brings a unique perspective that allows him to see challenges from every angle and help customers find practical solutions that fit their operations.

For Jeff, agriculture is more than a career. It's a way of life.

Raised on a dairy farm in New York and later Florida, Jeff developed a lifelong connection to agriculture before serving five years in the U.S. Army. He returned to the dairy industry and has since built a diverse career across dairy management, milk quality, equipment sales, nutrition, and technology, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor dedicated to helping producers succeed.

"I've been on both sides of the fence," Jeff explains. "I've been the dairyman working through challenges on the farm, and I've been the vendor supporting those operations. That experience helps me understand what producers are dealing with every day and why finding the right solution matters."
Jeff found himself looking for an opportunity that would allow him to expand his knowledge while continuing to support the dairy industry he has spent a lifetime serving.

"Most of my background has been on what I would consider the front side of the barn," Jeff says. "Joining VES-Artex gives me the opportunity to learn more about ventilation, cooling systems, steel structures, and other areas that directly impact animal comfort and farm performance. I was excited about the opportunity to learn something new while continuing to support dairymen."

Today, Jeff serves as a resource for both dealers and producers, helping customers identify solutions that align with their operational goals and providing support throughout the process.

"I see myself as a facilitator, a support person and a solution provider" he says. "The more value you can bring to someone, the stronger the relationship becomes. My goal is to help dealers and dairymen get answers, solve problems, and feel confident they have the support they need. Every dairy is different, and it's important to understand where they want to be five or ten years from now so we can help them make the best decision."

That solution-focused mindset is one of the many reasons Jeff felt drawn to VES-Artex. Rather than viewing his role as simply selling equipment, Jeff believes successful partnerships are built on trust, understanding, and a commitment to serving customers for the long term.

Since joining the company, Jeff says the support from the VES-Artex team has reinforced that customer-first philosophy.

"Everybody has been incredibly supportive," he says. "Whether it's learning products, asking questions, or understanding how things work, people have been patient and willing to help. For a remote employee, that makes a huge difference. It feels like a true team environment."

Looking ahead, Jeff is eager to continue learning, building relationships, and helping dairy producers succeed.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys cooking, exploring California's wine country with his wife, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he appreciates the discipline, focus, and continuous learning that the sport requires.

Please join us in welcoming Jeff Blesy to the VES-Artex team.
