Product Overview

The VES-Artex Drop-Tab Self-Locks (DSLG) are designed for producers who need strength, reliability, and ease of operation in demanding dairy environments. The heavy-duty construction provides added durability while allowing staff to safely restrain multiple animals at once for physical examinations, vaccinations, artificial insemination, pregnancy checks, and routine treatments.

Designed with both animals and operators in mind, the DSLG features quiet rubber bumpers, reinforced drop tabs, and an ear protector plate for secure, low-stress lockup. The drop-tab design allows animals to be released easily-even under side load-while the spring-loaded control handle locks securely in both the open and closed positions. Fully hot-dip galvanized construction and a bolt-together control rod provide long-lasting corrosion protection and simplify installation.
