Visit Booth 3909 at this year’s World Dairy Expo

If you’re in the dairy industry, this time is like Christmas! The unofficial fall kick-off, World Dairy Expo 2025 opens its doors September 30 and the excitement has been building all month-long. For our team, World Dairy Expo is more than a tradeshow. It’s a few days of reconnecting with partners, dealers and our nationwide team in booth 3909 for the conversations that strengthen the service and solutions we offer our customers.

In the VES-Artex Booth

This year, our team is excited to showcase our extensive range of innovative products that reflect our commitment to cow comfort, herd health, operational efficiency and customer service. Every solution we bring to the show has been designed with the realities of today’s dairy farms in mind, offering practical answers to every day the challenges our industry faces.

One of the highlights this year is the Sanitation Station, a product designed to simplify one of the most critical pieces of dairy production: biosecurity on the farm. In an era when protecting herd health has never been more important, this all-in-one unit makes it easy to clean boots, tools, and equipment before entering or after leaving cow areas. By reducing the risk of spreading contaminants, the Sanitation Station gives producers peace of mind and a straightforward way to safeguard their cattle and their livelihood.

We’re also excited to share the ACE Panel, a product that isn’t just made in the USA, all of the components are sourced in the USA. The ACE Panel is a system that integrates climate and environmental controls into one user-friendly interface. Managing a barn’s atmosphere can be complex, but the ACE Panel allows producers to oversee ventilation, cooling, and environmental adjustments with precision, giving them time back and the confidence that systems are operating efficiently and timely.

Cow comfort and farmer profitability is always our end game and this year’s product and demonstration showcases highlight that.

Cow comfort remains at the heart of everything we do, and our cow brush, Mighty Moo, demonstrates that commitment perfectly. This powered rotating brush activates when a cow leans into it, providing a gentle yet effective grooming experience. Its ability to rotate in both directions and incorporate a rocking motion means it reaches places a fixed brush simply cannot. The result is healthier skin, improved circulation, and, most importantly, happier cows.

Our industry-leading fans are another essential feature on display. Designed with energy efficiency and airflow in mind, these fans help reduce heat stress and improve barn air quality. Heat stress can have serious impacts on milk production and overall herd health, so effective ventilation is a must for today’s dairy farms. By delivering consistent, controlled airflow, our fans play a vital role in supporting herd well-being and overall efficiency.

For producers looking at ways to streamline cow handling, the SLG Standard Self-Lock offers a practical and reliable solution. This system is engineered for smooth operation and durability, making routine tasks like vaccinations and examinations safer and more efficient. By securing multiple cows at once, producers can reduce stress on both animals and handlers, improving safety while saving time.

Educational Opportunities

Wrapping up the week, our own Dr. Mario Mondaca, Senior Technical Applications and Research Engineer, will be presenting a Knowledge Nook session at 10:30 a.m. Friday morning. Navigating Sensor-Based Soaking will answer the question: “Is this new technology the right fit for every producer?”

Dr. Mondaca will share the pros and cons of traditional and sensor-based soaking systems from both an academic and industry standpoint. He’ll be talking available technologies, related research and water use  to help producers better understand if sensor-based soaking is right for their operation.

If you’ve been to World Dairy Expo in the past, you already know that it’s one of the highlights of the year. It’s an opportunity for everyone to step away from the day-to-day and engage with peers and colleagues. For our team, it’s about listening, learning and contributing to the conversations that help move dairy innovation forward. We’re excited to see YOU in booth 3909!
