VES-Artex Welcomes Cody Kromrie as Project Manager, Strengthening Team-First Approach to Service and Execution

Chippewa Falls, WI — VES-Artex, a leader in ventilation solutions for agriculture and industry, announces the addition of Cody Kromrie as project manager, reinforcing the company’s commitment to teamwork, communication and execution.

Kromrie officially joined the VES-Artex team on March 25, kicking off his employment by joining team members from across the U.S. at the 2026 sales meeting held in Chippewa Falls.

Hailing from central Wisconsin, Kromrie earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and began his career as a project coordinator and systems specialist before moving into project management. Kromrie brings a wealth of both commercial and residential project management experience.

In his most recent roll, Kromrie served as a project manager and advanced to lead project manager within a year and a half, overseeing a full portfolio of projects while also coordinating schedules, inspections and service work across departments.

In that role, Kromrie managed multiple layers of responsibility, balancing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and working closely with vendors and customers to ensure fast-paced projects were completed efficiently. His experience in a rapidly evolving industry required constant adaptation, quick decision-making and the ability to stay organized under pressure – skills and experiences he is excited to put to work on the VES-Artex team.

In his day-to-day role, Kromrie will help connect the dots on the VES-Artex team, serving as the bridge between internal departments and external partners to keep projects moving forward through clear communication and aligned expectations. He shares that the role is a natural fit for a skillset he’s excited to continue growing.

“Being able to connect with different departments and vendors is something I’ve always enjoyed. It’s where you can really make an impact on how smoothly a project runs. And I am used to a fast-paced environment, pivoting and learning on my feet; this role will provide all of those things,” Kromrie says, adding that while he didn’t grow up on a farm, the connection to agriculture was a draw when he read the job posting.

“I’m very passionate about agriculture and the opportunity to work with farmers,” he says. “I was looking for something long-term where I could really dive in, and I feel like this is the right fit.”

With the mission of “Let’s Build Your Legacy”, VES-Artex is committed to growing the team with people who are passionate about agriculture and serving farmers – people who know and understand that timeliness is paramount to service in this industry and who know and appreciate where food comes from. Kromrie is an addition that checks those boxes says VES-Artex CEO, Ed Krasnov.

“Cody brings an excitement for helping farmers and a level of organization, energy and adaptability that fits how we operate. Our success depends as much on the people who help to steer VES-Artex as it does our products. Our service and our people set us apart,” he says. “Cody’s ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively and bridge between departments to keep projects moving forward will play a key role in our continued ability to deliver for our customers.”

As VES-Artex continues to grow, the addition of team members like Kromrie reinforces the company’s focus on execution, communication and building a team that understands both the pace of the industry and the importance of getting the job done right the first time.
