Welcome Latacia Greeley to VES-Artex

Community and mutual respect grease the gears of agriculture, perhaps none more so than the dairy industry where the people, animals and equipment are dependent on one another day in and day out. And in any community, people are known by how they show up.

The same is true of a business. Team members and business partners notice who listens, who asks questions and who genuinely cares – sentiments our VES-Artex team both exudes and receives in the working relationships we’ve forged over the past two decades. These are also qualities we look for in the people who grow our team and our business.

In November, Latacia Greeley joined our team at our Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin headquarters to serve as our new Human Resources and Administrative Assistant. If you’ve had the opportunity to work with Latacia over the past couple of months, you’ll agree that questions and a sense of community are two things that are not lacking. She’ll be the first to tell you that she doesn’t have a strong agricultural background but as any true Wisconsin-ite, she has a love and a passion for the industry.

“I grew up in western Wisconsin, and agriculture has always been part of the rhythm of life here, even if you are not directly involved in farming. You see it in the people, the work ethic, and the pride that comes with feeding others. Being part of a company that supports farmers and dairy families just feels right to me,” she says.

It’s an important perspective both in the support of VES-Artex and our customers and the growth and wellbeing of our team – a role Latacia is excited to have a hand in for 2026 and beyond. Her people-first approach for her role is supported by a career that spans financial services, community leadership and relationship-driven work. She’s excited to serve the company and the team to keep operations running smoothly so we can focus on what matters most – the animals, the farms, and the farm families that rely on both.

“At the end of the day, it is about people,” she shares. “In this role, I get to be a part of the connection between animals, technology, and the farms that rely on our equipment every single day. That learning curve excites me, and I am grateful to be welcomed into it.”

That willingness to learn mirrors the spirit behind VES-Artex’s “Let’s Build Your Legacy” campaign. Strong legacies are built by showing up consistently, truly caring, and supporting the technologies and processes that ensure a future for the next generation. For Stacey Rogers, Head of People and Customer Experience, growing those opportunities starts with building the right team.

“Latacia brings a rare mix of outside industry experience and perspective to our team. She understands that behind every process, policy, and decision are real people and real farm families depending on us to get it right. Her ability to ask the right questions, listen for answers and bring clarity to the day-to-day processes allows the rest of our VES-Artex team to stay focused on serving our customers and building something that will last,” Rogers says.

As VES-Artex continues to grow, roles like Latacia’s help ensure that growth stays grounded. Behind every fan installed and every system supported are people who care about doing the job right.

“I feel honored to be here and excited about what is ahead. We are all here to support something bigger than ourselves,” says Latacia.

Help us welcome Latacia to the VES-Artex team.
