Self-locks are designed to give staff the ability to restrain multiple animals at one time, streamlining labor efficiency and making physical examinations, vaccinations, artificial inseminations, pregnancy checks, and routine treatments faster and safer.

VES-Artex curved self-locks accomplish all these objectives. The curved top bar is unique to this headlock style and allows additional room for the herd to safely enter and exit. The top and bottom blocker guide the cows to enter correctly. The top and bottom rails are 60mm thick which makes the self-lock incredibly strong.

All components are hot-dipped galvanized after welding to increase the system’s durability and longevity. The bumpers surrounding the clasps reduce the system’s noises. There are multiple handle, bracket, and clamp style options to customize the headlock system for your barn. Various CSL sizes are available for calves, heifers, and cows.
