When it comes to ventilation, consistency matters. The new HVLS fan was engineered to deliver smooth, uniform air movement across large interior spaces while maintaining low operating costs. From dairy barns and livestock facilities to equipment storage and even commercial buildings, the fan supports temperature equalization and improves airflow without creating excess noise or disruption.

A single 20-foot HVLS fan can cover up to 22,000 square feet, making it a practical solution for large barns and buildings that need steady, uniform air movement. The fan’s precision-balanced blades and variable speed control allow operators to fine-tune airflow based on the needs of their facility. Designed for smooth and quiet operation, it provides high-efficiency airflow without adding stress to animals or interrupting daily routines.

The HVLS fan is powered by an external rotor permanent magnet motor that delivers strong torque and energy efficiency. With a direct-drive design and no gearbox requiring oil, maintenance is minimal. Routine upkeep is limited to periodically cleaning the blades to maintain balance and performance, with an expected service life of up to 100,000 hours when properly maintained.

LeMay says that reliability and ease of use were key priorities as VES-Artex evaluated bringing the HVLS fan into its product offering.
